Unified EULA keeps popping out after the Kitkat update on LG G2

Common Concern Statement: Ever since I upgraded from Jelly Bean 4.2.2 to KitKat 4.4.2 on my LG G2, whenever I reboot the phone the LG EULA for their apps pops up in my notification bar.  I've read and agreed to the terms already and I want this to stop popping up.  I've already reformatted my phone (for this and others issues after the "upgrade").  Does anyone know what's going on, how to stop this, or if there is any hint this is being looked into?
